Estimates may be subject to adjustment if additional work is required, hidden conditions are discovered, customer-requested changes are made, parts or materials are unavailable, code requirements affect the work, or conditions change after the original estimate is provided.

You will be notified of material changes to the scope of work or price before additional work is performed, unless emergency conditions, safety concerns, or previously authorized terms allow the work to proceed.

By authorizing Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. to perform services, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed, understand, and accept the work, scope, pricing, and payment terms described in the applicable service agreement, invoice, estimate, or work order.

Payment in full is required by the payment due date stated on your invoice or agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when requesting service, submitting forms, scheduling appointments, or communicating with Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc.

You are responsible for ensuring that an authorized adult is available at the service location when required. You are also responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, electrical panels, water shutoffs, mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, roofs, attics, cleanouts, drains, fixtures, or other areas necessary to inspect or perform the requested work.

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access to any system, or use our website or communications for unlawful purposes.

8. Approval of Work and Service Completion

Once work has been completed, you are responsible for reviewing the completed service and notifying Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. promptly of any concerns.

Any disputes regarding the scope, pricing, quality, or completion of work must be communicated in writing to Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. within seven (7) days of service completion. Failure to notify us within this period may be deemed acceptance of the services as performed.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Arizona law.

 

9. Payments, Refunds, and Collections

All payments for services are due as specified in your invoice, proposal, work order, membership agreement, service agreement, or other written authorization.

Payment is generally required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is not received when due, Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. reserves the right to charge interest at the maximum rate permitted by Arizona law and to pursue collection of unpaid balances. You agree that you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs, attorney’s fees, court costs, and other costs permitted by law.

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc., unless otherwise required by applicable law or an applicable written agreement.

 

10. Memberships, Maintenance Plans, and Recurring Services

If you enroll in a maintenance plan, membership program, recurring service program, or similar offering, the specific benefits, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation terms, exclusions, and limitations will be governed by the applicable membership agreement or program terms provided at the time of enrollment.

Membership benefits may vary by plan and may include scheduled maintenance, priority scheduling, discounts, waived dispatch fees, inspections, or other benefits as described in the applicable plan.

Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or replace membership offerings, provided that any material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the applicable agreement.

 

11. Warranties and Limitations

Any warranty provided by Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. will be limited to the specific warranty terms stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, work order, service agreement, manufacturer warranty, or written warranty documentation.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain parts, materials, equipment, fixtures, or systems. Manufacturer warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer and may require registration, proper maintenance, proof of purchase, or compliance with manufacturer requirements.

Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. is not responsible for warranty denial caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, pre-existing conditions, improper operation, customer-supplied materials, third-party work, unauthorized repairs, acts of nature, utility issues, or other conditions outside of our control.
