Customers are also informed that their number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Service Descriptions, Estimates, and Payment Obligations

All services performed by Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. will be as described and agreed upon in the written service agreement or invoice provided to you prior to the commencement of work. Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time and is subject to adjustment if additional work is required or conditions change. You will be notified and must approve any additional charges before extra work is performed.

By authorizing Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. to perform services, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed, understand, and accept the work and pricing as described in the service agreement or invoice. Payment in full is required by the payment due date stated on your invoice, regardless of whether the service was based on an estimate or a fixed price, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any disputes regarding the scope or quality of the work must be communicated in writing to Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. within seven (7) days of service completion. Failure to notify us within this period will be deemed acceptance of the services as performed. Unpaid balances are subject to the terms outlined in our Payments, Refunds, and Collections section below.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Collections

All payments for services are due as specified in your invoice or service agreement.

Payment is generally required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is not received when due, Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. reserves the right to charge interest at the maximum rate permitted by Arizona law and to pursue collection, including reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. in accordance with applicable Arizona law.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current information for service requests and not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided as is. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free operation.

Iron Horse Plumbing & Air, Inc. liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the services.

Nothing in these terms waives your basic rights to payment or dispute resolution under Arizona law.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
